Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated minutes from Formby train station. This beautiful recently refurbished house is the perfect place to relax whilst visiting the picturesque coastline of the North West. With 3 major golf courses within 10 minutes of the house and further 4 just a 30 minute ride on the Wirral this is the perfect spot for golfers and leisure guests alike. The house is a semi detached house and has parking for 2 cars on the driveway. The first thing you'll notice as you enter the house is the large light and airy spaces this house offers. The first room on the right is the large and spacious lounge with comfortable seating for everyone in addition to the large smart Tv. The sense of light will hit you upon entering the kitchen/dining area. The fully fitted kitchen means you can prepare either a light snack or a full gourmet dinner. The dining area is perfect for family meals or playing games. Off the dining area is the Orangery which is a calm oasis with views over the private garden. The large private fenced garden completes this beautiful house and with plenty of seating is the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine after a busy day.

You can also catch glimpses of the past, from prehistoric footprints to old shipwrecks. Wildlife at Formby The Sefton Coast sand dune system is recognised as one of the most important dune habitats in north-west Europe, and is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Formby’s dunes, heathlands, grasslands and plantation woodlands create a mosaic of habitats where many rare and more common plants and animals thrive – everything from natterjack toads, sand lizards, red squirrels and internationally important wading birds, through a wide variety of wildlflowers, to over 1,000 moth and butterfly species.
