The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a rice cooker, and a microwave. A washing machine with dryer, is also included for your use. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart TV (free view and paid subscription), free front of house/street parking, free internet access, and access to a garden There is one bedroom in this house which contains a king-sized bed, and we have a comfortable double sofa bed in the Lounge, as an additional sleeping space. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board , and iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - No illegal substances or parties allowed on the premises.
