We present a SINGLE BEDROOM IN A GUEST HOUSE, NOT AN APARTMENT, in a contemporary modern home (recently renovated). The home is situated in Plumstead (South East, London), with areas such as Abbey Wood and Woolwich not too far either. Guests will have access to their own private single bed, 43 inch Smart tv and Fast and reliable WiFi. The kitchen and toilet is shared with all other guests in the home, however we make it our priority to ensure these areas are cleaned regularly. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home.first fl

Myself (Mr Ancell) will come over occasionally, sometimes if i have time i will check you in. Cleaners will be around regularly to keep the house in order, and well maintained.

oPlumstead is located in South East London. It is a part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Primarily known for maintaining large areas of green land including Bostall Woods, Plumstead Common and Rockcliffe gardens, it comprises of a number of homes, for a diverse range of residents. There are a range of activities in the Plumstead area. Local restaurants e.g ‘Cafe Deluxe London’, McDonalds, Kebab Shops are located along Plumstead High Street which is approximately a 15min walk from the house. There are also local bars/pubs/clubs such as ‘The Rose Inn’ and ‘The Star’, the existence of many parks/gardens such as Bostall Woods and Shrewsbury Park and even a local theatre ‘Joecy Tee’.
