With panoramic views from Eastbourne to Hastings, this pet-free sanctuary features an enclosed decked area, four bathrooms, and entertaining options like a pool table and small table tennis. Awaiting your exploration are adult and child kayaks for seaside adventures. The property serves as a perfect base to explore the South Downs Way, walking trails, and cycling paths. Upon arrival, a private courtyard garden sets the stage for privacy and sunset enjoyment. The three-floor layout includes thoughtfully arranged living spaces for large families or groups, while a garage and forecourt provide parking for up to three cars. A kayak is available (at your own risk) for adventurous spirits under adult supervision, with basic life jackets provided. There are external cameras facing both the front and back doors, these cameras are positioned on the garage facing towards the front door, in the central courtyard facing towards the main house front door and also on the rear of the property facing towards the back patio doors.
