Flat 2, Clifford Gardens consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge, a open-plan living dining room with a dining table with seating for four people, corner sofa, Smart TV and a collection of books. The bedrooms include two doubles along with a separate bathroom with a bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Outside there is a shared communal garden and private parking for up to two cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and within 0.7 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Located on the Southern edge of Dartmoor, England is the charming village of South Brent. This village is packed with history which dates back to the Bronze Age meaning that many hut circles, enclosures and barrows are found on the high moorlands. On Brent Hill, ruins of an ancient building and windmill remain, thought to date back to around 1790. The village is within the boundaries of Dartmoor National Park, with several shops and pubs in the village centre.
