Foggs Barn has a kitchen, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, a snug, three zip/link bedrooms, and two shower rooms. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, two Smart TVs, and a selection of books and games. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, rear garden with lawn, furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for three cars. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a booster seat and travel cot (please bring own bedding). You'll find a shop in 5.6 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. Take to Staffordshire at Foggs Barn. Note: The property rests on a working farm. Note: The gardens are not enclosed. Note: Lots of steps throughout the property, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. The hillside market town of Leek, known as “The Queen of the Moorlands” is situated on the western side of The Peaks and is surrounded by lovely Moorland countryside. The town has a charming cobbled market place and there are many examples of fine Victorian architecture influenced by William Morris - a reminder of the town’s prosperity when it was renowned as a silk manufacturing centre. Today Leek offers a wide selection of shops including vast antique emporiums, a good selection of restaurants, a local park and leisure facilities and real ale pubs. Situated close to Three Shires Head, the meeting point of the counties of Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire, Leek is near to Chatsworth House, Buxton Opera House and Gawsworth Hall, plus Alton Towers is within driving distance.
