It is close to all attractions, shopping, business facilities and the Haymarket Train Station and tram and airport shuttle bus stop. We are within walking distance of Edinburgh International Conference Center, and most attractions in Edinburgh - making our apartment ideal for business or leisure. Relax in our lovely apartment. It is a main door, ground floor flat. Leave your shoes and coat in the porch if you choose to and step into the living room, with its comfortable leather chairs and sofa bed, work desk. Cook or make tea or coffee in the equipped kitchen with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate shower room and w.c. Walk into the large bedroom with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and comfortable double bed. Step through the secure french door and gate and enjoy your outdoor space in the shared, communal garden. The apartment has wooden floors throughout. Enjoy the free, good wifi and plug your phone or laptop into the small speakers to enjoy your own personal music or film choices. This is a TV-free holiday home.

The apartment belongs to me and my husband - I am originally from Edinburgh and love it and know a lot about it. When we are not enjoying our flat in Edinburgh, we rent it out to guests like you. Because we travel a lot, we know how important it is to have a home away from home when travelling - either on business or vacation. We are sure you will love the apartment and its location - it is so close to many attractions and you can walk to most of them from the apartment. Or there is a wide range of buses close by that will take you everywhere you want to go. It has its own front door and back garden for complete privacy. Enjoy your stay

Fountainbridge is a lively, central neighbourhood of Edinburgh. It is a safe and busy location. There is a lot of building work around the area, and there are 3 council bins to the left of the flat on the outside. None of these factors will have any effect on your stay when you are settled inside the apartment. The apartment is opposite a large West End hotel. The canal is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment - you can turn left and go the canal Quay and eat food or have a drink or coffee there or turn right and walk along the canal to one of the many parks in Edinburgh. There is a supermarket less than 4 minutes away and a huge range of restaurants, cafes, and shops close by. Fountain park entertainment complex is just along the road. There are cinemas, theatres, pubs and beautiful meadows all within a short walk away from the apartment. Because the apartment is so central, parking can be challenging. - please inform me when you book and I can recommend less expensive and safe city-centre parking. Once you have parked your car, there are great bus services that can take you all around the city, or many city centre attractions are within walking distance too.
