PLEASE NOTE: This is a character-filled building refurbished in a vintage style and is not the "perfect boutique hotel" so many guests desire nowadays. It may not be your cup of tea. Wells Road leads right to the centre of Bath, and our house is located just a little south of River Avon, so it is an easy stroll down hill into Bath and all the cafes, pubs, excellent restaurants and historic sites. We are also a short stroll from our "Reproduction Georgian" Southgate Shopping Centre, replete with restaurants and shops steps away from the Bath Spa Railway Station..
