Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The ensuite bedroom was exceptionally clean with beautiful rural views. There was the most extensive choice of hot drinks in the room including at least 7 types of tea. Breakfast in the morning was truly excellent with fresh fruit, two types of fruit juice, granola, yoghurts, porridge, fresh coffee or tea, warm pastries, toast and preserves. Fiona went out of her way to accommodate my husband's vegan diet, even providing him with coconut milk yoghurt (which is more than he gets at home!).

Fiona was a great host, very good at communicatiing and she was even kind enough to be up really early to provide me with breakfast. Our stay was just what was needed for a quick overnight stay. The room and en-suite were spotless. Bed comfortable. To be able to use the guest lounge/dining room during your stay is a lovely addition. The location was perfect for our needs and lovely and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and assisted us with local facilities and places to eat. Breakfast was lovely. It felt like nothing would be too much trouble.

Nice and peaceful with gorgeous views. The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. Had a nice evening relaxing in the annex which was stocked with a few books, board games and a record player. Breakfast was very nice and the hosts Fiona and Peter were very friendly and attentive, and recommended places to eat and visit. Thoroughly recommend a stay at this lovely place.
