Gwel-an-Gillan is a detached cottage situated within the village of Mylor Bridge. It homes four bedrooms; one lower ground floor king-size bedroom, a first floor king-size double and two additional doubles. The bathrooms include a downstairs WC room with basin, a lower ground floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a first floor bathroom posing a bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting room with a dining area, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and utility room. On the lower ground floor, you will also find a well-appointed games room. Outside there is an off-road parking, suitable for three cars, an open lawned garden area at the front and a larger lawned area with seating to the rear of the property.

Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife.
