The property was much bigger than expected and well decorated. It was exactly what we were hoping for and in a perfect location

Wonderful period property, really comfortable and full of charm. I particularly loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen which was full of herbs and spices, like home from home.

The house was beautifully decorated and felt very homely. Large communal areas. Nice size bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. Lovely dining area and sitting area near kitchen.

For anyone looking for a cosy autumn/winter stay, this fits the bill perfectly! House was much bigger than we expected, very cute, cosy and clean. Really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with a few condiments and things like cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Everything required to cook a lovely dinner and and a few small thoughtful touches everywhere with cosy blankets, rugs and games. although we were 5 people and a baby, there was more than enough space for all of us to do what we wanted to without disturbing baby or getting in each others’ way. 2 parking spots and located close enough to town to get stuff and close to nature reserves/parks for walks. Also, the owner was very accommodating and understanding of us travelling with a baby.
