We welcome up to four guests and two well behaved dogs to stay in our beautiful self-contained, 2 bed cottage set within the Peak Park. Although recently renovated the cottage is within a beautiful 400 year old barn. It has underfloor heating, all the mod cons and a lovely fire to make it extra cosy. • Maximum of 4 people. • Two bedrooms. king size bed and two single beds that can be separated our kept together. • Private entrance with carparking, woodland with picnic table seating for four people. Maximum of two dogs per visit at a small charge of 10 pounds per night, per dog. We do have house rules for dogs and ask guests to respect these. Please book your dogs in with us in advance and pay before arrival.

Hob Lane Farm is a beautiful place to live with spectacular views over Bradfield dale, Ewden and Sheffield in the distance. Our guests tell us that one of the best things about staying here is the quiet, the views and the lovely walks. Although rural, we're actually only 5 minutes from the local town and 20 minutes from Sheffield city. We're 10 minutes from junction 36 on the M1.

Hob lane farm sits approximately 1.5 miles above High Bradfield village. We sit within the Peak Park and have the most stunning views. There are many beautiful walks, country pubs and attractions.
