Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.

South Riggs is located on a quiet, residential street in Bedlington just a short walk to local amenities, shops and the nearby high street. With popular eateries, boutique shops and rolling countryside, Bedlington has plenty to offer. A quieter alternative to some of the busier seaside resorts in Northumberland, it's the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing break or well placed work stay. The town is surrounded by a peaceful river to the edge of the town, with local walks at Plessey Woods Country Park, Humford Woods, along with a number of additional walking and bike trails nearby. If you are a keen golfer then don’t miss out on Bedlingtonshire Golf Course, designed by the world-renowned Frank Pennink, or Morpeth Golf Club set in 130 acres of rolling countryside designed by the six times open champion Harry Vardon. The perfect base to explore the beautiful Northumberland coast and countryside, Bedlington is a short 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and within a 20 minutes' drive of Whitley Bay and 25 minutes to Amble.
