Surrounded by stunning countryside and views, this spacious three-bedroom property is the perfect base to explore the Derbyshire Dales. Nestled in the enchanting village of Hognaston, the extraordinary View at Orchard View is located at the gateway to the Peak District where the breathtaking landscapes form the backdrop of an unforgettable stay. Originally built in the 1950s, The View sleeps up to seven guests and has been lovingly renovated and designed to maximise the stunning Derbyshire views. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The View at Orchard View are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay. We regret that The View at Orchard View does not accept chldren or pets and is sutable for an adults only stay. Private on-site parking is available for 5 vehicles depending on size. 3 Cars can be parked on the private driveway. There is also on-street parking autable for additional cars or a larger vehicle such as a motorhome. The View at Old Orchard View is an independent property however the owner does live on site. The main part of the house and the main lawned area is strictly not for guest use. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
