Property information

H.V Apartments is located within a beautifully restored Victorian building, The Corporation Building is over 2 floors and has no lift within, there are approximately 20 stairs up to the one bedroom apartments on the first floor then approximately a further 19 stairs to the second floor where the two and three bedroom apartments are situated. The two and three bedroom apartments are spaced out over three floors. Each apartment comes complete with stylish contemporary furnishings and a noticeable attention to detail that combines all the comforts of a home, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. The apartments also benefit from a weekly housekeeping service if your stay is over 7 nights and WiFi internet access.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments are above a row of independent businesses, there is Albies coffee shop where you can grab yourself a coffee whilst on the go, Alpha Barbers and The Wild Colour Hair Salon, also in the area you have love square where you can sit and enjoy the views. Fargate, the major shopping area, is just 8 minutes walk away and has many of the major high street shops. The main Sheffield bus interchange on Arundel Gate is 9 minutes away, and the highly convenient Sheffield Super tram stops just 3 minutes away (it travels to Meadowhall shopping centre, the biggest in Yorkshire, Crystal Peaks shopping centre, or the pretty suburb of Hillsborough). About 15 minutes stroll through the city centre will bring you to the Devonshire Quarter, home to many independent shops, restaurants, pubs and bars and the clubs near Division Street and West Street should make for an enjoyable evening out. For sightseers, nearby Sheffield city centre landmarks include the theatre corner, the Sheffield Cathedral, the art deco library building, various art galleries, and the impressive indoor greenhouse called the Winter Garden.
