This fabulous, detached bungalow nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac is close to Norfolk & Norwich hospital, University of east Anglia, the A47 & A11 are within a couple of minute drive away. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day in the centre of Norwich which can be reached very easily by car or public transport. The beautiful Marston Marshes are just a 6 minutes’ walk away. The space There are three full sized bedrooms one with a king size, one with a double and the other with 2 single beds. On request highchair, bed guard and Travel cot can be provided. We have a very modern fully equipped kitchen with a Gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, the usual small appliances kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine, a tabletop freezer can be found in the hallway cupboard. The bathroom has a mains shower with two heads one being a rain effect and a wash hand basin. The WC is a comfort height and is located separately. The living area is light and bright with a comfortable 3 seater sofa and tub chairs, it’s a great space to relax and watch Netflix which is provided on the 43 inch smart TV. Set back from the living area is a spacious dining area with plenty of space to enjoy family meals or takeaways with friends. To the rear is a beautiful fully enclosed garden with a patio to sit and relax The bungalow will be for your sole use and no part is shared with anyone else.

Norwich is a Fabulous, Vibrant, and Cosmopolitan city, famous for its 2 cathedrals. St John the Baptist Cathedral has some beautiful architecture and at times hosts Ordinations. Norwich Cathedral is in the historic medieval Tombland area and is open to visitors all year round and set in 44 acres of beautiful grounds. It is one of finest Cathedrals in Europe having the second tallest spire in the UK. The Cathedral has been home to peregrine falcons and there is hope that a newcomer nicknamed Edith will stay. Norwich is blessed with theatres, museums, and art galleries. There is plenty to do and see, we are sure you will have a great time with lots of fun during your stay. We also have a fantastic coastline and of course the Norfolk broad’s where you can hire a day boat and have an exciting adventure. Further information Parking is free at the property. The property is a home and located within a residential area, you may find occasional personal items left by the owner. Please do enjoy your stay and treat as you would your own home. This bungalow is suitable for those with limited mobility. The only raised area is stepping into the shower, it is not wheelchair adapted. Please refrain from smoking and vaping inside the house. We are also unable to accept pets in a residential area
