Thank you for your booking. The property offers self-check in and the details will be released 48 hours before the booking commences. Please note as the property is listed I haven't been allowed to put up an aerial, I've tried Freeview and sky boxes to no avail. So, I have connected Google Chromecast, if you download the Google Home app you can connect TV apps, such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, etc. I've included a cleaning fee but I'm not sure how this is displayed on the platform.
Please feel at home here in the apartment. I've previously lived in the flat and can confirm it's quiet, warm and refreshingly bright throughout. Parking is first come first serve and please limit parking to one car. there is also free parking on the street.
The area is a beautiful leafy suburb in South Liverpool. I've lived in this area for many years and it's my favorite part of Liverpool. It offers access to the waterfront as well as the parks, with facilities for families such as Otterspool Adventure Centre, The Climbing Hangar in the iconic Matchwork Building in Garston, and swimming pools locally. Adults can choose from gyms, and the retail park or drive to Cheshire Oaks Outlet, yoga studios, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and gift shops. The farmers market takes place on the last Saturday of each month on Lark Lane, which is well worth a visit! Lark Lane which is within walking distance is home to many bars, restaurants, and shops. and the parks have tennis & basketball courts, coffee shops and often you will come across buskers. Lodge Lane is a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction and is well known for its Middle Eastern restaurants and takeaways.
