Little Coach House is an utterly delightful barn conversion in the grounds of Rectory Farm. Little by name and little by nature, this is a quirky and colourful place to stay sitting within a quiet village on the outskirts of Oxford. Sleeping four in two bedrooms, this dog-friendly escape has plenty of character and personality. The village of Stanton St John is close to Oxford yet offers a charmingly rural place to stay. The village pub is within walking distance as are the farm shop, PYO and café, which are also owned by your hosts, and open from the end of April to October. There are plenty of walks and footpaths to explore, all on your doorstep. Supermarkets and Shopping: The Rectory Farm Shop and PYO (0.3 miles) is open from the end of April to the end of October (closed on Monday’s) selling a wide range of their own produce. The shop in the village is open until 1pm daily. There is Spar (2 miles) and for a larger shop there is a Waitrose (2.7 miles), ASDA (3 miles), Tesco (4.5 miles) and Sainsbury (6 miles).
