Under new ownership and newly renovated in May 2021, our one bedroom apartment is situated above the Malmaison Hotel on the Princes Dock Waterfront, next door to the famous Liver Buildings. There is a fold away cot available on request. The Princes Dock Multi Story Car Park is next door to the apartment, 50 yards away. Please Google for prices, its cheaper at weekends. This apartment is privately owned and has nothing to do with the hotel.

My Husband, Son, Daughter-in-Law and I began renting out our properties to guests 3 years ago. Our aim is make sure our apartments are clean, comfortable and welcoming. This is a new addition to our port folio. We now have guests returning time after time, it is very satisfying for us know that they have enjoyed their stay so much, that they want to come back. My husband is a local contemporary artist, you will find a couple of his paintings around the apartment.

Packed with buzzing pubs and eateries. Full of sightseers. Walking distance to Liverpool One. In the city centre you will find Cinemas, Theatres, Art Galleries, Museums, Restaurants, Markets and many shops. You could not fail to enjoy yourself. You can also walk or ride along the waterfront for 5 miles to Otterspool Promenade. Everton Football Club are about to start work on their new ground, one mile away.
