But for those looking for a quieter stay, the seafront really couldn’t be much closer, and both Hove Lawns and St Ann’s Well really are on the doorstep, offering a range of sports including boules, tennis and table tennis, as well as a great children’s play area. Just around the corner, quirky little specialist shops and independent retailers span the length of Church Road, an area that also offers cafés, bars, restaurants and nightlife. To hop on a train and explore more of the area, Hove train station is a 2 minute walk, and it’s 25-minutes to get to Brighton train station on foot.
