This perfectly located two-bedroom apartment is all you need for both long and short stays in the city. The apartment has one double bedroom, one kingsize en-suite bedroom and a main bathroom, a large kitchen/ living room with a sofa bed for a larger group. If your stay is for business or pleasure this apartment caters to all your wants and needs. A prime location with multiple transport options means you have the whole city on your doorstep, we hope you love it as much as we do. A ten-minute walk to the river you will find the famous south bank. Bursting with everything from art to food, Museums to aquariums and the world-famous London Eye there’s plenty to do. Views of Westminster, Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral and with a varying array of street performers there’s also plenty to see. Policies • Cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund 7days prior to check in date, any cancellations within the 7 days will not qualify for refund • Check-in and check-out. You will pick up keys from a shop (Key Nest) 5 minutes walk from the property and be required to drop them back to the same location on check out. • I.D. check and card authorisation. All guest ID's will need to be sent during the check in process along with a selfie to validate that the ID is a true representation. A hold will be placed on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay. You will only get access to the property once the above has been actioned. You'll need to provide your email for check in • Please be aware that there is a minut sensor in the property as a security measure. A short walk from Waterloo station, Lower Marsh is one of London’s oldest and best-loved market streets, a historic south London Street in Transition. You are spoilt for choice with an array of trendy coffee shops, quirky independent retailers, and some great spots to grab a drink. On weekdays you can find a long line of food stalls offering cheap eats from all over the world. Trains: Waterloo station is an extremely well-connected station with nationwide train connections Tube: Waterloo station has access to the Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, Waterloo & City tube lines which can get you almost anywhere in the city. Bus: Bus stops surrounding the area that provide transport all over the city. Bike: A Santander cycle dock just outside or multiple cycle rental options in the area. Boat: A short walk to south bank where access to the Uber boat network to bring you through the city via the Thames, a great transport option and to see the sights.
