the hotel is clean, the staff was amazing, all you which for a wonderful vacation, spa, pool, sauna… great Restaurant on site… breakfast was great with healthy choices …

the room was super comfortable and spacious and the bed was wonderful to sleep on. It had absolutely everything you could want and really made the stay super pleasant. I would 100% come back here since I also loved the location.

location is excellent very central , staff are helpful and the facilities are nice

The location was convenient and the staff was exceptional. Every one of the staff was attentive and so very polite ALL of the time, especially Simone, David and the young lady who checked us in (sorry for forgetting her name). However, as stated earlier they all welcoming. The in house restaurant was lovely as well. The manager of the restaurant was so accommodating and warm every time we dined there. An A+ hotel in a really great location. I highly recommend!

The staff is amazing, the breakfast excellent, the room very comfortable and I really liked the heating floor on the bathroom's floor. Also still and sparkling water is easy to access and free.

We loved everything about it. a comfy room, tasty breakfast, cool decor, a Brilliant location for my preferences, and the staff, every single one of them, were just incredible !! Thank you.

Everything was fine, although I stayed 2 days, but by room was not cleaned , maybe this was normal or not, not sure but wanted to inform you about this , cheers

The room was very nice. Restaurant had great service and staff very helpful.

Staff was very helpful. Great bathrobes! Got to wear them everywhere. Who knew they weren't just for after bathing?

Excellent staff nataly and Martina made an effort to decorrate the room and make it special. Lovely food i must day excellent chefs all service you with a smile. Makes a difference to your stay. Maybe have a few more dishes.on the menu.maybe make the bar area more cosy and warm. Overall brilliant stay and.would definitely come back. Lovely jacuzzi and pool.

Parking - We love the hotel and would love to stay there but there is a rail strike planned during the dates in June we would be staying so we were wondering if you had any suggestions about where to park ?
