We are pleased to present Melbourne Cottage, a quirky property with lots of charm situated just off the high street in the popular town of Pembroke. Melbourne Cottage is a spacious property with all the characterful, original features that you would expect from a traditional cottage. On entering the property, you’re met with the lounge area, a cosy space complete with comfortable sofas, gorgeous fireplace with log burner and a widescreen Smart TV. Next to the living room is a study room with a desk, a peaceful space to use if you should need it. Moving on through to the open plan kitchen and dining area, you’ll have everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has been fitted with modern appliances which complement the traditional property features, including a large oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and large sink with a handy hose tap. The circular dining table seats 4 and is a great spot for dining and socialising. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the three bedrooms and master bathroom. The master double is a spacious room complete with an ensuite with a shower and a bath, an ideal place to unwind after a busy day. The second bedroom is another double, styled in a similar quirky way to the rest of the property, complete with its very on chaise lounge! The third bedroom is a roomy single with built in wardrobes for extra storage. The main bathroom is another spacious room, equipped with a shower and bath, a great place to have a soak and unwind. In the prime location of Pembroke, with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby and a short drive to the seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot, Melbourne Cottage is a lovely property to stay in.
