The apartment has one large master bedroom with a king bed and a large 2nd bedroom with a double bed, there is a modern three-piece family bathroom. The apartment is private and secure with Intercom access and spacious hall and stairs. Externally the property has one allocated car parking space. I run a local Architectural practice and rent out a few properties in the area. We try very hard to ensure our guests have a great stay, which includes clear instructions on key collection and directions to the property, I am always available to answer questions and queries, I am a cyclist and enjoy getting out on the local routes and hills on the bike, it is an excellent location for cycling routes! There are also excellent links to Hollingworth Lake, the South Pennine Moors, Pennine Bridleway, and the idyllic Rochdale Canal, including the historic Stoodley Pike.

I run a local Architectural practice in Rochdale and have been in the industry since the age of 16 way back in 1990. I was a seventies child but did most of my growing up and mischief in the eighties and nineties! I am a keen footballer, albeit it is restricted to Monday nights at seven a side only nowadays. However, my real passion is cycling, and it's a goal to try and cycle around four thousand miles a year. I have been hosting guests at four properties now around the Milnrow, Wardle, and now Todmorden area for approx 18 months. I enjoy interacting with our guests and with the dedicated help of a small team of wonderful people we try to deliver on comfortable places to stay and keep a high standard. We don't always get it right and when we don't we understand why and strive to improve!

Todmorden is a small market town with a big industrial history. Nestled in the Pennine hills Todmorden is an ideal base for walking, cycling, horse riding, and bird watching. There are plenty of things to do for everyone in Todmorden and there are many reasons to visit Todmorden, it has a long and spectacular history; its high point being the Industrial Revolution. It is a bustling market town, with plenty of shopping opportunities, sitting on the Lancashire-Yorkshire border. Todmorden sits firmly within West Yorkshire. Todmorden is nestled at the convergence of three valleys, which provides the most jaw-dropping scenery for anyone with a mind for a walk. Todmorden is also twinned with Roncq and Bramsche.
