Reservation Terms and Conditions:

1. **House Rules Agreement**: By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the house rules outlined by the property.

2. **Refundable Deposit**: A refundable deposit of £200 is required for your reservation. This deposit serves as security for any areas of the property that may not be adhered to during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded provided that all house rules are followed and no damage or violations occur.

3. **Prohibited Activities**: Please note that parties, group activities, and business-related activities are strictly prohibited within the premises. This policy is in place to maintain the comfort and security of all guests.

4. **Identification and Proof of Address**: Guests will be required to provide a valid government-issued form of identification (e.g., passport, driver's license) upon request. Additionally, proof of address will also be requested to ensure accurate guest records. This information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and local regulations.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and could lead to additional charges for any damages, violations, or expenses incurred as a result of non-compliance. We kindly request your cooperation to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests during your stay.

住客將會收到一份租賃合約，並且須在抵達前簽署並回覆給住宿方。若住客未及時收到合約，則應透過預訂確認函上的號碼連絡住宿管理公司。

須支付 £200 損壞押金。 住宿方將會在您抵達前 天收取這筆款項。 您將透過信用卡支付費用。 您辦理退房後 7 天內將獲得退費。 住宿檢查確認後會透過信用卡將押金全額退還。
