Having spent quite some time travelling and meeting people around the globe, we decided to start a property management company Properties 1st, so we could meet and greet fellow travellers. Maria lives in London and enjoys the theatre, museums, galleries, travel, and history. I on the other half live in Kent and have 2 dogs, love music, dance, theatre, travel and caring for the elderly.

A 15 minute stroll takes you passed St James Church to Foots Cray Meadows with the Cray River running through it, swans and ducks enjoying the water, people walking their dogs and even the occasional horse rider. If you are looking for a typical Kent pub or local farm shop and restaurant, the White Cross and Kelsey Farm, Shop and Kitchen are a 20 minute walk away. Jump in your car and within 15 mins you can be in Kent’s largest shopping centre Bluewater, 30 mins to the Weald of Kent or 45 mins to the Whitstable coast or Eurostar to Europe.
