TLC Stay is a small local business run by two families. Our mission is to approach everything we do in a kind and caring way to give our guests, properties, partners and the planet the Tender Loving Care deserved. We provide comfortable, stylish and affordable spaces for people to stay. Whether you choose to stay for just a couple of nights or longer we equip all our spaces with everything you need to feel like home. So if your traveling for business, pleasure, adventure, alone, with colleagues or family and friends we like to think we've got everything covered for your needs. At TLC Stay we strive to make sure all our spaces are respectful to the local area and sustainable and kind to the planet. We use environmentally friendly and energy efficient products and refill cleaning materials to try and reduce packaging waste and harm to the planet. We also often up-cycle art and decoration items which we find our guests love as it also creates a unique and snazzy look.

This welcoming house is easy to get to being near to the M6, M65 & M61 & just a short drive from Preston City Centre. On a peaceful, friendly road with it's own driveway for private off road parking and plenty of free street parking in front of the house. Step into a welcoming hallway, hang up your coat, kick off your shoes and relax in the comfy modern living room. Stream your favourite show on the large smart TV with free Netflix and ultra fast free WiFi. The modern kitchen has everything you might need to cook up your favourites or enjoy a local take away, and a dining area with dining table and seats. The Dining area leads onto a private and secure patio and garden area. Upstairs is a spacious 3 piece modern bathroom with bath / shower to freshen up. The house can sleep up to 7 guests. It offers two stylish generous size bedrooms for a good nights rest. Both bedrooms, have a king & super-king bed that can both be split into two singles on request. The living room offers a comfy double sofa bed for 5th / 6th guest. Plus a small study has a single pull-out bed for a 7th guest.
