The garden cabin houses the projector for cinema nights and doubles up as a games room with double sofa bed providing a 5th bedroom if needed. Relax in the huge freestanding modern bath, or cook up some delights in the well equipped kitchen with built in speaker.

I am married to my builder husband Alistair, we love food, theatre, the seaside, nature and getting away from it all! We love the walks that are on our doorstep and in particular the Beautiful Nidd Gorge. We love living in Harrogate, with beautiful architecture, stunning walks and plenty of great places to eat, there’s something for everyone. We live locally and are on hand if you need us!

Situated in North Harrogate, Bilton, the property is at the head of a cul-de-sac and has a south and west facing agenda. There is a small co-op, a five minute walk, a park with children’s playground, a five minute walk, Harrogate Centre, a five minute taxi ride, short bus ride, or 30 minute walk away. Lilypad is a great restaurant and dog friendly bar on Kings road a 15 minute walk away or the Knox pub which serves food, and is dog friendly only a 10 minute walk away. The Nidd Gorge is a 15 minute scenic walk from the house and a firm favourite place for our dogs! Parking on the driveway, you can fit 3 large cars in comfortably or 4 small ones at a push, we do ask that additional vehicles please park on Grosvenor Road at the bottom of the cul-de-sac. Bus stop behind the house, up the side of the house is a ginnell, turn left onto the pathway and at the main road - Poplar grove there is bus stop. Excellent cycling area. Train station in Harrogate a 7 minute taxi ride with traffic away!
