Keys not left in the designated location as specified in the check-in and check- out instructions will incur a 50 POUNDS additional charge. A charge of 50 POUNDS for an emergency callout; 250 POUNDS for an emergency locksmith charge will be incurred for any loss or unreturned keys.* *There is one complimentary mid-stay clean for long-term stays (28 days or more). If you would like additional cleaning, there will be an additional fee. Exceptional food. Things to do in Basingstoke: 1. Milestones Museum - Old buses and trams that you can sit on and wonderful old sweet shop and adequate play as well as picnic areas. 2. Eastrop Park - Great place for all ages, it has a lovely park for the kids and boating lake, little paddle pool, plenty of space around the park, and great place to picnic. 3. Festival Place Shopping Centre - Over 200 shops including large stores such as Next, Marks and Spencer, Apple Store and HMV. There are also restaurants, bars, and cafés, mostly located outside in the covered Festival Square.
