With 5 luxurious bedrooms capable of sleeping 10 total, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious back garden with outside dining table, and games room with pool table, table football, putting, and darts board. Ideal for groups of golfers and family gatherings. BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 5 x kings, but the options available are 4 x kings & 2 x singles or 3 x kings & 4 x singles or 2 x kings & 6 x singles or 1 king & 8 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option. The surrounding area: You can walk along a safe wide foot and cycle path from the Farmhouse to St. Andrews or to Guardbridge, home of Eden Mill Gin. St. Andrews is not only the home of golf but it is also a brilliant place to explore with friends and family. It has a charming number of shops, pubs and restaurants. There are a range of activities in the area to keep people of all ages and interests entertained.
