Nestled on the eastern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the award winning village of Crickhowell is on the door step. The house is set in a quiet residential area with character houses and view of the mountains. Primarily parking is at the cottage and the local area is walkable. Crickhowell is a 10 minute walk away which is the farthest you would need to travel on foot. Any further it’s really by car unless your going to walk in the local mountains. There is a bus stop a minute away. From Crickhowell (A40) turn opposite the shell garage down New rd and cross the bridge as you follow the rd round to second set of traffic lights. Turn left then right( point A). Follow road round past the Horse shoe Inn. The house is on left hand side. Turn left then pull over into your parking place before garage. Welcome you have arrived. From A4077 through Gilwern :- follow the road until you get to the Vine tree Inn then take next left which gets you to point A above and follow above directions. The A465 will take you to Gilwern from Abergavenny or Merthyr Tydfil directions.
