Welcome to our renovated, spacious apartment, which is modern & contemporary in design, and is situated in the heart of Shrewsbury's picturesque town centre with its timber-framed buildings, historic landmarks and ancient town walls, and River Severn. Step out of the door and immerse yourself in our vibrant culture, quaint back streets, independent shops, and a huge abundance of restaurants, bars, and cafes to suit all tastes. With Theatre Severn and The Quarry only a short walk away. The apartment is located on the first floor, with a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that gives the apartment a real light and airy feel to it. The living includes a SMART TV. The newly fitted kitchen has all the amenities you would expect with breakfast bar for two. Off the hallway is a modern, contemporary bathroom, which features a walk in shower with a rain shower head. At the front of the apartment, there is a large double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe and storage space with views over Castle Street. Please beaware that during May to July we are haveing some building work carried out at he back of the property that may cause some noise Monday to Friday. This is one of 4 apartments we let out in the building. The property is also located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
