Professionally managed by Pass The Keys. Our 2-bedroom apartment is ideal if you want to stay somewhere close to London but not in London! The apartment is right in the heart of Chelmsford: 6 mins walking from the station, 5 mins walking from the city centre. Surrounded by nature and shops, our apartment can host up to 4 guests. Families with small children are welcome and they can find all they need for their babies/toddlers, eg. highchair, cot, toys etc. The apartment has a lovely balcony too! The space The apartment is on the second floor of a lovely new build block of flats, when you enter the property, the main bathroom is on the right hand side, and master bedroom is directly in front of you. As you proceed to the left, the second double bedroom is on the right hand side, and the living dining area with balcony are at the end of the hallway. The kitchen is well stocked, and lovely views from the balcony Guest access Guest will have access to the entire flat, but would rather the en-suite was not used if possible Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
