Situated in the heart of Cheltenham, guests can take advantage of their close proximity to all this incredible Spa town has to offer. Known as ‘The Festival Town’, Cheltenham is home to over thirty annual events including the world’s oldest literary festival, jazz, music and science events, and the world-renowned Cheltenham Festival of horse racing. There are many supermarkets and local stores on your doorstep. An M&S Foodhall is close by as is a large Lidl and a Tesco Metro. The town centre is 5 - 10 minutes from the property, with a wide range of apartment stores and shops, including local boutiques. The main restaurants of Cheltenham are less than 10 mins walk away and cater to all tastes and budgets from Italian to Japanese to Filipino. Franco Manco is great for pizza, Petit Coco is a cosy French Bistro and The Nook on Five is a high end rooftop restaurant with views to the Cotswolds. Also less than a ten minute walk is the new Brewery Quarter that has a great range of upmarket bars and restaurants, as well as fun activities such as crazy golf and ten-pin bowling and a cinema. Pitville Park is opposite the property. It offers beautiful walks, a children’s playground, the original pump room and a popular 5km Parkrun at 9am on Saturdays.
