The cottage is a stunning house split over 3 levels with fantastic views. The property is located next door to the Giddy Gannet café in the centre of St Monans. Ground Floor - Living Room and Kitchen. First Floor – Bathroom and twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Second Floor – Master Bedroom Smoking is not permitted within the property. We expect all guests to respect the property and neighbours. Guest have full access to the house via the front door. The property comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Check in is via the secure key pad/box when you arrive. Guest access The guests have access to the whole 3 story cottage. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

St Monans is well known for its iconic harbour and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes including Giddy Gannet and 16 West End. The following places we recommend you visit in the local area such as St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company, Ardross Farm Shop, The Ship Inn, Bowhouse Farmers Market, Wilsons Fish Market, Kingsbarn Distillery and Eden Mill Gin Distillery. Within a 10 minutes drive, you have the picturesque villages, including, Earlsferry, Anstruther, Pittenweem, Elie, Crail and Kingsbarns. St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course, it’s known worldwide as "the home of golf”. St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and Fairmont St Andrews.
