There you will also find ATMs, a gym, barber shops and hair salons, a Boots pharmacy, a petrol station, post office and everything else you need to cover your daily requirements. LOCAL THINGS TO DO Barton Leisure centre is only a 17 minute walk away and has gym and pool facilities. In Headington and especially down London Road you will find a mixture of shops, parks (Buryknowle & Shotover), trendy cafes and local pubs. My nearby recommendations would include visiting the house that CS Lewis lived in and wrote the Narnia books (with gorgeous CS Lewis nature reserve behind it) and going to see the 'Shark House' (definitely worth a photo).
