Our house boasts a traditional architectural style that adds to its character. The vintage features, such as original woodwork or antique fixtures, contribute to the overall charm of the space. As a house with character, you may notice some imperfections that come with age. These could include uneven floors, creaky floorboards, or quirks that add to the authenticity of the property. Rest assured, we've done our best to ensure that these characteristics do not compromise your comfort during your stay. The ground floor boasts plenty of living space. There is a good sized living room which has a sofa and chair and a Smart TV for your entertainment. You will also find a second living space with further comfortable seating, and a dedicated workspace making the home great for business or pleasure. In addition to these 2 living spaces you will also find a separate dining space with a dining table. Off the dining room there is a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cater for yourselves during your stay. There is also a convenient downstairs toilet. Outside there is a paved private garden. As you head upstairs there are three double bedrooms - 1 with a super king-sized bed and 2 with double bedrooms - all the bedrooms have storage space for your belongings and are tastefully decorated. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bath and separate walk in shower cubicle, the perfect place in where to unwind and refresh. Of particular note is the town hall located in Hamilton Square and well worth a visit. Nearby there are pretty beach areas such as the coastal town of Hoylake. The Wirral is also a golfers dream with the famous Royal Liverpool Golf Club. Or if you're in the mood for some city action, the vibrant city of Liverpool is just a short trip away, offering plenty of activities for all tastes. Getting around There are good bus and train links locally and also a ferry service operates from Seacombe to Liverpool. Easy access to Liverpool via the Mersey tunnel by car or the train from Birkenhead is just one stop.
