There is a patio garden, perfect for enjoying drinks and a BBQ on a summer evening. Come and explore all the shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches of this popular seaside resort! The space This 3 bedroomed Victorian home offer sleeping accommodation for up to 6 guests. Enter through the front door to a well equipped kitchen on the left, and a large and bright sitting room to the right with plenty of space for everyone to relax. To the back of the house is a large dining room which makes an excellent place for evening games with the family. From the dining room there are French doors leading to the patio area with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for an evening drink after a day on the beach. Upstairs is the large Master bedroom with a Super King sized bed and overlooking the front of the house is another large room with a choice of Super King or two single beds - Please inform us when booking if you would like twin beds, by default we make this room as a Super King. The third bedroom is a smaller room with a single 'trundle' bed which can expand to a king sized bed on request - please let us know if you would like this at the time of booking. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. The house is located in the heart of sunny and popular Bognor Regis. The High Street is just a few minutes walk from the house, where you will find many coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The popular East beach is just a stone's throw away from the house, and from there you can explore along the Prom all the way from Felpham Beach to Aldwick Beaches. Stop off at the Pier with its amusement arcade and fish and chips on your way to Marine Park Gardens with its crazy golf course. Book in a Day Pass at Butlins and spend the day racing down waterslides, riding the fairground rides and watching a family show! Hotham Park is only a 5 minute walk from the house, with its miniature railway, cafe, boating pond and large childrens play area.
