JR Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Oxford Brookes University are all approx. a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. From London Road (5 minute walk) you can catch one of many busses servicing the Oxford city centre and famous college grounds, you can also catch a 24/7 bus servicing London (OxfordTube) and surrounding airports, also from Thornhill Park + Ride (5 min drive). 5 min walk to the bus stop where you can easily catch a bus to the historic Oxford city centre and famous college grounds in just 8 minutes PLUS 24/7 busses to London and airports. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS In Headington and especially down London Road you will find a mixture of shops, parks (Buryknowle & Shotover), trendy cafes and local pubs. My nearby recommendations would include visiting the house that CS Lewis lived in and wrote the Narnia books (with gorgeous nature reserve behind it) and going to see the Headington 'Shark House' (definitely worth a photo). The White Heart - Traditional British pub serving food with beer garden, highly recommend their steak and stilton pie. Bhoomi - Amazing Indian restaurant featured in Michelin Guide 2022.
