A well-appointed, smart home; this is the perfect staycation, whether you are visiting on business or pleasure. Just a few minutes walk from Chester City Centre, the house is nestled in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle and close to the banks of the River Dee. The trendy suburbs of Hoole are also within easy walking distance, offering a range of bars, eateries and shops. The perfect place to rest and recharge after discovering all that our historic city has to offer! The house has 3 stylish bedrooms and a bathroom, catering for up to 7 guests with the inclusion of a double sofa bed in the lounge. A modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need to enjoy a true home-from-home. A spacious open-plan lounge diner is the perfect space to relax, leading out onto a fully enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Where you will sleep: Bedroom 1 - King-size bed Bedroom 2 - King size bed (can be 2 singles) Bedroom 3 - Single bed Living room - Sofa bed The house comes with the benefit of a single parking space within the resident's car park within this mews complex, however, parking is strictly limited to a single space belonging to the property. Please note that vehicular access to the car park is very tight and care should be taken to avoid vehicle damage. There is also a nearby car park on Christleton Road which is reasonably priced and only a 5-minute walk from the property, which has separate pedestrian access onto the main road. This is a small, quiet residential complex and we would kindly ask our guests to be considerate with parking and noise levels.
