Lovely spacious 4 bedroom house. The first room you come to on the right is the large lounge with dining area. The next room is the downstairs twin bedroom with plenty of storage for clothes etc. Along the hall and you'll find the downstairs shower room with fully fitted electric shower. The last room at the back of the house is a large fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen. Up the stairs and to the back of the house you'll find a double room with lots of storage for clothes etc. Next to this bedroom is a fully fitted bathroom with bathtub and shower overhead, sink and w.c. The next bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and plenty of storage. The last room and the biggest at the front of the house is a twin room containing 2 single beds and again plenty of storage.

Situated in the popular suburb of Kensington it's a great place as a base to explore our amazing city. An uber would have you in the city centre in about 8 minutes. There are lots of shops such as Lidl within a 5 minute walk. The main M62 motorway is about a 5 minute drive.
