Bridget and Tom welcome you to Hendra Retreat. Our hobbies have been converting 3 barns. When we need a break we take our kayaks to Port Gavern and relax on the water. We also like to swim and body board at Trebarwith Strand then sit on the rocks with a picnic and a cider and watch the sunset. Most weekends we enjoy a live band at local venues.

Historical village of Tintagel renowned for King Arthurs Castle is ten minutes away. The Camel cycle trail from Bodmin to Padstow via Wadebridge. A great day out. It offers lovely places to eat whether it is fish and chips or a Cornish cream tea and splendid sightseeing. Rock is 30 minutes by car. Rock offers water skiing and paddle boarding. Here you can catch the ferry to Padstow . Daymar bay is good for wind boarding, Kayaking. rock pooling and very safe for young children. Polzeth which is great for surfing and young children.
