We have a great team of holiday cottage professionals who have lived in the area for a combined number of 60 years and are more than happy to share their knowledge and advice on where to explore, whether you are here for a holiday, working, or studying. We are here to look after you before, during and after your stay. We operate to high standards of property care. We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Our team is Cristina, Maddy, and Mandie (plus a platoon of housekeepers and handymen and women who keep our holiday cottages in tip top condition). Portland Street Apartment is a comfortable third floor furnished apartment just a few minutes walk to the centre of Leamington Spa - making it the perfect place to stay if you are working in Leamington Spa. The apartment is a duplex apartment with stairs inside the property. On the first floor you will find the spacious living room that is furnished with a comfortable sofa and easy chair and a gas fire - the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The living room also has a dining table with seating for up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a long or short stay in Leamington Spa; an electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer and a variety of utensils and chinaware. Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town located in the heart of Warwickshire. The town grew into a spa town in the 18th century due to the popularity of it's natural spa springs and there are excellent examples of Regency architecture. It has a number of parks, leafy avenues and lovely walks along the River Leam which flows through the town. Located in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, there are many places to visit in the surrounding area including stunning Warwick Castle,and Stratford-Upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare. Leamington Spa is now known as the UK home of many games and software development companies, affectionately known as “Silicon Spa” due to the number of businesses in the town. Leamington Spa has excellent transport links. By road it is just off the M40 which connects to Birmingham, Oxford and London. There are regular bus and train services to London, Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and the south of England.
