Short Let Space is a vacation rental company managing over 120 cottages, apartments and holiday homes in the Oxford and Cotswolds. We have a great team of holiday cottage professionals who have lived in the area for a combined number of 60 years and are more than happy to share their knowledge and advice on where to explore, whether you are here for a holiday, working, or studying. We are here to look after you before, during and after your stay. We operate to high standards of property care. We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Our team is Cristina, Maddy, and Mandie (plus a platoon of housekeepers and handymen and women who keep our holiday cottages in tip top condition). Princes Street is a spacious three bedroom short let home in Oxford. This home is only a few minutes walk away from many of the restaurants and shops along Cowley Road. This home is also ideally located for those visiting Oxford Brookes University as it is only a short walk away. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, easy chairs, TV and has wooden floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a long or short stay to Oxford, the home has an electric oven. The dining area has a dining table with seating for up to six guests. The first bedroom is located on the basement level with a comfortable double bed with its own ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. On this level you will also find the utility room complete with a wash machine and dryer. The remaining bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed with storage space available in the wardrobe. The family bathroom has a spacious corner bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. The third bedroom has two standard single beds with wardrobes and storage space. The home benefits from a spacious patio area and seating to the rear of the property, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the warmer summer months. Princes Street is situated in between Princes's Street and Union Street. We are a short walk to the many shops and restaurants located along the Cowley Road. We are also a short walk to the Headington Road which leads up to Oxford Brookes University. The large South Park is nearby which is a large open park. It takes about ten minutes to walk to central Oxford along the Cowley Road, over Magdalen Bridge, past the Botanical Gardens and Magdalen College.
