Booking a weekend stay, we can provide you with a great discount for Sundays so you can leisurely get ready and pop out for a spot of breakfast, brunch or lunch before leaving for your onward destination. Located near to the city center, the university, hospital, shops, supermarkets and restaurants, yet in a rural conservation area setting with views onto Lynwood Garden. There is even a hidden path through the gardens that snakes it way up to the Francis Newton Public House which has a fantastic outdoor dining area and is a huge sun trap. The property has 2 dedicated parking spaces with no permit required which is an added bonus! **** PETS ARE ALLOWED subject to pre-approval and an additional fee per pet per night*** ***Unfortunately, fraudulent bookings are fairly common in our industry. Broomhall is a designated conservation area, which means that it is an area of special architectural and historic interest. It is home to a number of listed buildings, including Broom Hall, a Grade II* listed building that dates back to the 15th century. It is also home to a number of former homes of prominent historical figures, such as the industrialist Joseph Firth and the architect Henry Flockton. The area is characterized by its 19th-century architecture, including Gothic and Classical styles. It is also home to a number of mature trees and hedges, which contribute to its overall character. The area is located just north of the Botanical Gardens, making it a popular spot for walkers and cyclists.
