An entrance hall leads to a spacious, light and airy living room with desk area and downstairs WC. A step then leads down to the kitchen and dining area. Facilities include a washing machine , dishwasher, fridge freezer & gas stove. The kitchen spills out onto a terrace with open views, bbq, table, chairs & an umbrella. Continue on to a graveled garden. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom sits at the front of the house and has an en-suite bathroom with enclosed shower. A super king bed with comfortable bedding has the option to be split into two single beds upon request. The second bedroom is a double & has views onto the gardens. The family bathroom has a large bath & overhead shower. The neighborhood is peaceful, rural, stunningly beautiful, with a variety of interesting architecture seeped in history. What is special about Iffley is that it is on the river, within the ring road, close to the city, and with easy access but removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. There is a regular bus route into the city, with a stop only five minutes walk from the cottage. There are connections to the station and to London. Parking is easy on street parking.
