Charming lodge in a semi rural location - sleeps 3

Bosham has regular bus links on the 700 bus route between Chichester and Portsmouth with a bus stop close to the centre. Bosham train station is only short walk away as are two Co-Op shops. The centre of old Bosham can be reached on foot following a scenic footpath along the shore line or via paved roads. In the village itself is Bosham Walk, a veritable Aladdin's cave of wonders created by local artists. The picturesque Anchor Bleu pub is on the waterfront and has a nice menu, (though booking is advisable). There are two other pubs located in Bosham – The White Swan (9 min walk away) or the Berkeley Arms (20 min walk or 2 min drive away). Memories of India is a great Indian restaurant or takeaway and is only a 8 minute walk from the lodge. So India offers Indian takeaway food and is located on the roundabout, this is also very good. There is a fish & chip shop (Butlers) near the Co-Op on station Road, just a few minutes walk away. There are many more pubs, restaurants and cafes in the nearby harbour village of Emsworth (also a great bakery called Heidi’s) The larger, historic city of Chichester – home to the beautiful cathedral is well worth a visit.
