Kemptown is located between the pier and the marina and is home to a range a beautiful regency and Victorian properties. Often referred to as ‘The Village’ by locals because if its community feel and village charm. With independent shops cafes and bars Kemptown offers you everything you need. People often comment that it has the dual benefit of being very close to the bustling heart of the City, while retaining a more relaxed community feel. With a vast array of independent restaurants bars and shops, in Brighton there is always something to discover just around the corner. Brighton is known for many landmarks including the Royal Pavilion, the Palace Pier, stunning views of the derelict west pier and the i360. Other things to discover include the Volk’s electric railway and look out for the stunning Starling murmuration around the pier near sunset. Brighton and Hove are not short of nature either being surrounded by the South Downs Nation Park that end in sheer white chalk cliffs to the miles on beach and promenade. We also have a number of beautiful parks including East Brighton park, Hove park and Stammer Park.
