Prospect Villa is a light and airy thoughtfully decorated, 3-storey family town house with a beautiful roof terrace and private bijou garden. The property also boasts a parking space - the house is accessed by a tight drive and is not suitable for vehicles bigger than a VW transporter van. There is a public car park 200 yards from the property. A hidden gem, conveniently located at the top of the high street, only a short walk to the town and local amenities. We are a ten minute drive from the stunning local beaches and the area offers plenty of country and coastal walks. The house is ideal for families or couples, with a king bedroom and bunkbed room on top floor, and twin room with en-suite shower room on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen diner with sofa area for relaxing. On the second floor you’ll find our chilled lounge with French doors onto the roof terrace. The family bathroom is also on this floor. We are open to short breaks (minimum 3-night stay) and longer stays (7 nights + at a reduced rate). Please contact direct to discuss your individual need. Safety, disclaimer and location We do not provide stair gates or cots and due to the stairs and sun terrace we advise this property is best suited to families with children 5+. We can also not accept responsibility for driving access to the house. For larger vehicles and those who lack confidence in reversing we recommend parking in the nearby car park, situated 150 yards from property. Please be aware we are also situated directly next to the Police station, but there is little activity and is not noisy.

We are a two minute from the local high street with lots of interesting independent stores. There are also two supermarkets within walking distance. The beach is only a 10 minute drive, with easy access to Salcombe, Dartmouth, Totnes and Dartmoor.
