The rivers / Broads and Wroxham (capital of the broads) are all nearby with many choices of boat trip or hire. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a single bed. There is 1 bathroom It has a toilet and sink and a bath with shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Deposit. A 100 deposit is payable to owner by bank transfer before entry to accommodation. This will be returned to same bank account immediately after stay upon inspection by owner / cleaner. (Odd accidental mishaps / breakage of a glass etc are unlikely to be charged - especially if reported at the time of incident). House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Due to close proximity to other residents - NO PARTY GROUPS. NO STAG / HEN / ETC. Latest arrival time is 10pm. Host usually meets/ greets you and may refuse without compensation any non ‘couple’ group or where more people than booked attempt to occupy.
